The Birmingham Unified Youth Football Organization (BUYFO) was created in 2005 to meet our community's longstanding need for recreational youth football & cheerleading programs.  The BUYFO is part of the Northern Youth Football League (NYFL).  We play and cheer against established teams from Clarkston, Lake Orion, Lapeer, Auburn Hills, Brandon, Waterford, Pontiac, and Oxford.  Patriots home games are played at Groves and Seaholm High Schools.

As we wind down on our unbelievably successful Patriots season, we need to start making plans to turn in all of the equipment.

Below, is a “handout” of the equipment that was handed out in July.  Please use this checklist to make sure that you have everything that needs to be returned.

Please bring your equipment on November 15th, 2009 as follows:

• Cheerleaders  12:00 PM
• Freshman       12:00 PM
• JV                   1:30 PM
• Varsity             3:00 PM

If you cannot make this turn in, please put your equipment in a bag with a copy of the checklist and give to one of your team mates to turn in for you.

(Maple Way is south off of Maple Rd. just west of Coolidge) You will use the temporary code distributed via email to get into the gate and we are in unit 726.

Please remember to have all of your equipment CLEAN and DRY.  The uniforms cannot be put in bins if they are even damp.  Helmets must have all of the stickers removed except the Patriot heads.

BANQUET TICKETS WILL NOT BE ISSUED PRIOR TO ALL EQUIPMENT BEING TURNED IN.

If you will be able to help during the turn in times, please let one of us know.   We kindly ask that ALL of the coaches make themselves available for their team's designated turn in times.
