Halloween Party
Kids were treated to a Halloween party after the second Bowling session, this was a family affair and includes a fully decorated home, costumes, food, games and treats. Once again hosted by a member of our program.
Christmas
Year 2003 was closed out with a big family Christmas Party for some 150 people. Santa provided each child with a special gift, provided by the Riverside Police Records Department. The Mayor and a police officer greeted the children upon arrival. Individual photo's with Santa and stockings were also provided to each child. Moreno Valley Shakeys provided pizza for the kids and parents were hosted by a group of special program supporters.
Bowling Events
Kids are provided with an awards party. The type of party varies, Pizza, BBQ cook out, etc.
Baseball Events
Upon completion of the baseball session kids are treated to an awards and pizza party co-hosted by Moreno Valley Shakeys Pizza.
STORM NIGHT - Kids were treated to a Lake Elsinore Storm Baseball Game, before the game we had a big tailgate party. Those in attendance were allowed to march on the field prior to the game. A first for some of our youths.
