Billerica Little League: League Messages

Wednesday, January 4
Joshua Tree Concert on May 19, 2012 at the Billerica Elks

Ticket
Tickets are going fast.

As part of our 60th season, Billerica Little League is holding a fund raiser on May 19th from 7-12 at the Billerica Elks Hall.  Popular area band "The Joshua Tree" will be playing.  There will be many raffle prizes and silent auction items to bid on.  This is our first mid-season fundraiser in years and we hope it becomes a new tradition.  It's a good opportunity for parents to get together and enjoy a night away from the field.

Ticket Sales
Tickets are going fast.  Tables of 10 are still available for $200.  Individual tickets are available for $20 each.

Raffle Donations
We will be holding a chinese-style auction raffle where people buy sets of 10 or 20 tickets and put them in the baskets of items that they are trying to win.  We're looking for people to put together raffle gift baskets.  Other individual items that do particularly well in these types of auctions include:  autographed sports memoribilia (pictures, jerseys, game balls, etc), sports tickets (Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins, Patriots, Paw Sox, Lowell Spinners, BC, BU, NU etc), gift cards and gift certificates from retailers and restaurants, high end merchandise (Keurig, Bose, Apple), sports equipment (golf equipment, baseball equipment for the kids), family entertainment (ski passes, theme parks, hotel stays, etc).

Contact Gerry Bradanese or Peter Stack for more information or to purchase tickets.
