BigDig14-1 Xtreme: Welcome
Well the season is almost over. Myself, I saw improvement in the skills from all the girls. I hope everyone can take away some positive and happy memeories from this club season. I will leave the site up for a couple more months so everyone will have access to any of the info on here.I wish everyone happiness, joy and success both in volleyball and in all aspects of thier lives.
Look forward to seeing all of you at a volleyball court in the future.

TEAM RULES
1.Playing time is the sole decision of the coach.
2. 24 hour rule- if you are upset about something, wait 24 hours prior to
addressing it to me. This will allow cooler heads to prevail and may avoid
some confrontational situations.
3. If there is a question about playing time/position then have the athlete
talk to me about it. They are the one playing the game not us. I already have
had a young lady talk with me regarding her role on the team and that really
impressed me. She cared enough to come to me and ask what she needed to do to
in order to secure more playing time.
4. Without a doubt there will be some miscommunications. When that happens it
is imperative that coach, parent and player sit down together. Sometimes
things get lost in translation from adult to child and back to adult. If we
talk it out together that should avoid those problems.
5. DO NOT SEND ME A NASTY EMAIL telling me what a bad coach I am, or that I am
the son of a motherless goat! ( three amigo's reference). It does not take
alot of courage or thought to sit down at the family pc and type out your terms
of endearment for me. Consider rule #1, apply rule #2 then talk with me in
person and we will come to some understanding.
