I was BHS runner from '95-'99, and so excited to see how much the teams have achieved in the past few years. Well done, all of you, and keep up the good work. BHS Track and Cross-Country remains near and dear to my heart. Good luck next season!

Hi everybody!
Welcome back to another great season.
We did some great things last year, Girls winning the District! and Boys winning States!
I hope everyone works as hard as we all know you are capable of. I will not be able to coach you kids this season due to some issues back here in Fort Lauderdale, but you are all always in my heart and I miss all of you very much. I have not forgotten about any of you.
Remember that every day of practice matters and that Coach Norris knows more about this sport then all of us combined SO PAY ATTENTION!
You seniors better step up and lead this team...Everyone in the state is gunning for you now.
Anyway, GOOD LUCK!!!!!
Miss you all and I am looking forward to hearing about all of your successes.
