Wednesday, May 21 Buchholz High School Bobcats XC and Track & Field Welcome to the Buchholz Bobcats Cross Country and Track & Field Team Site sponsored by BHS CC+T&F Boosters. This page is dedicated to promoting the sport of Cross Country and Track & Field athletics at Buchholz High School along with the athletes who participate in these sports. Cross Country and Track & Field News 2008 New message and reminder from Coach Norris: Dear Parents, This memo is for all interested athletes, including sprinters and distance runners. We will be holding a brief meeting in the Buchholz 9th grade lunch room [please note the change] on Thursday, May 22 at 6:30 pm. This meeting is all about: 1) training for fall cross country, 2) training to get faster as a sprinter, 3) training core muscles to strengthen the overall body, 4) weight training for the entire body, and 5) discussing our annual trip to the Brevard Distance Runners Camp in the beautiful North Carolina mountains.
