Mon 7am  strength training ( starts March 4th) BHS weight room 
Mon 4-5:30pm swim practice NBRC
Tues 4-5:30pm swim practice NBRC
Wed 7-8am yoga BHS
Wed 4-5:30pm swim practice NBRC
Thur 4-5:30pm swim practice NBRC
Fri 4-4:45pm dryland with Ignacio NBRC
Fri 4:45-5:30pm swim practice NBRC
Sat 10-11:30am swim practice NBRC
