PAL REVERTS BACK TO BAY-OCEAN FORMAT...W

With Menlo leaving the league for the 2010 Season, the PAL will go back to it's original format of Bay-Ocean divisions for the first time since 2003.  8 teams will be in each division with the Bay divison receiving 3 seeds for CCS and the Ocean receiving 2.  Details below
