UPDATE

12-20-09- 11:00pm Holiday Classic (12-28-09 to 12-30-09) Each cheerleader needs to bring a dessert (Please bring cakes, pies, no bake cookies, brownies etc. )to feed at least 12 people on Monday 12-28-09. Please bring it with you to the game BUT if you could bring it earlier that would be great. This is for the hospitality room.  

12-20-09 UPDATE- I have have the girls call you on the way home from Carrolton- We will probably be back at Beth Haven between 2:00 and 3:00pm. They need to be at Portland at 3:45pm. Please refer to the boys schedule I sent home a few weeks ago for possible game times. I still need a driver Tuesday. (Game either at 9:00am or 5:45pm)  Also, the girls game will be Tuesday either at 12:00pm or 6:00pm (just found that out tonite!) so there is a possiblity we may cheer for girls and not boys just depends on game times and the ride situation to Carrolton. We will know about the boys immediately following their game and the girls immediately following theirs tomorrow. Please see schedule below

We will be having our Christmas party the week after Christmas (12-29-09 thru 01-03-10) Date and time to be decided as soon as we can get the Holiday Classic Bracket. Each girl has to bring a gift for the girl's name they drew ($15.00 limit). I also would really like to give the people at Valley Xtreme a small christmas gift so I am collecting $5.00 from each girl from now until 12-30-09. The coaches go out of their way to help us even though we aren't paying them and the owner lets us use the gym without paying a lot!!!! I was going to give Joe, Josh and Mike something small.

(Arrive at 3:45pm)  2. Cheer at BOYS Game IN CARROLTON ON 12-22-09 Time (9:00am or 5:45pm) AND BRING  5.00 CASH FOR GAS AND MONEY TO EAT ON AND WEAR SANTA HAT. - Girls at Portland at 12:00pm or 6:00pm.  (Last game for girls) 3. Please notify me as soon as possible if you have a donation.  Currently we have 1 sponsor for $500.00, PTL. We really need at least 2 more! We are also looking for donations for Nationals- We try to have people donate $500.00 but any amount would be awesome!!!!  (We usually require approximately $1000.00-$1500.00 donated to fly to Nationals.) We have had church's, employers andd family members give towards helping us get to Nationals. We really need them by January, 2010 or earlier if possible !!!!!  REMEMBER WE CANNOT GO DOOR TO DOOR ASKING FOR DONATIONS. IT MUST BE FRIENDS, EMPLOYERS , YOUR HOME CHURCH OR FAMILY.  

Bearcat Spirit Spectacular has been RESCHEDULED FOR 01-16-10. I will be asking several of you to help me contact multiple schools and really get the word out there as I doubt we can depend on the cheerleading about website- We currently have 2 schools confirmed for this competition. WE NEED 5 more but my goal is to have 10 teams this year so that means we need 8 MORE TEAMS. Please contact anyone you know and really get them to understand that this is a great starter or intermediate competition.

PULL OVERS-Optional only LAST CHANCE FOR MOMS/DADS/FAMILY/FRIENDS TO ORDER. I am taking orders for the warm up jackets like the cheerleaders. They are $50.00. This is the actual cost so we are NOT making any profit.  I must have your size and money by December 19, 2009. (I would expect it to be completed by 01-04-10)

BACKPACKS- Optional Only- We can get backpacks at whole sale price - The cost will be around  20.00 embroidered. If you want one, must have money and order by December 19th.  Hopefully they will be done by 01-04-10.
