Your child's "League Age" for Spring 2010 is their age as of April, 30th, 2010.

Please also double check to verify you are within the BHLL boundaries.

Quick Checklist (see details below)

You will need:

  1. ORIGINAL Birth Certificate (no copies, no abstract of birth) 
  2. Proof of Residence - 1 each from 3 different categories (e.g. 3 utility bills not sufficient)
  3. Signed Medical Release Form
  4. 2009 Volunteer Application (If you plan on interacting with the players)
  5. Copies, for us to keep, of all of the above

Birth Certificates

Little League Baseball requires a parent or legal guardian to present IN-PERSON every season a certified birth certificate (not a photocopy) to verify the child's birthdate and legal name. "Abstract of Birth" documents are no longer accepted per LLB Inc policy.


Proof of Residency

Little League Baseball Inc. requires local leagues to verify residency of the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) for every registered player participating in the spring and fall season (and again for the all star tournament season) . The official residence is based on the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) bona fide home address. If parents' of the child live at different addresses for spring, one of the parents' must be within the Branham Hills boundaries.

A parent must present in-person either at one of our signup or "Verification" day, THREE documents from the following categories (only one document per category allowed) to determine residency requirements.

1. Driver's License
2. Voter's Registration
3. School records
4. Welfare/child Care records
5. Federal records
6. State records
7. Local (municipal) records
8. Support payment records
9. Homeowner or Tenant records
10. Utility bills(i.e., gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile pohne, heating, waste disposal).
11.Financial (loan, credit, investments, etc.) records.
12. Insurance documents.
13. Medical records.
14. Military records.
15. Internet, cable or satellite records.
16.Vehicle records.

Medical Release Form

Little League requires ALL players to have a signed Medical Release Form on file.  Please complete, print, and bring a signed copy of the Medical Release Form to document verification.

2010 Volunteer Application

Little League requires a completed volunteer application if you are planning on working with the players of being on the field.  Please fill out, print, and sign the 2010 Volunteer Application and bring to document verification if you fit into this category.
