We will provide a carry-in registration soon: - team managers will be provided with details.
Rosters are limited by field availability and the amount of parent help volunteered. Any new registrant must provide acceptable proof of age. Originals or copies of birth certificates, baptismal certificates or other such religious or legal document are acceptable provided they are legible and bear the signature of an authorized official of the issuing agency. Any falsification of records may result in dismissal from the league.
When leagues are filled, players will be placed on a waiting list, pending withdrawal of previously registered players. No player may be placed until a rostered player is withdrawn in writing by the player's parents or dropped by the action of the Board. A sick or injured player remains on the team roster until otherwise withdrawn for the season by their parents. The waiting list for leagues serving ages 11-14 are solely maintained for Thoroughbred and Palomino Leagues. No Bronco or Pony league players may be replaced. If the age of a player is incorrectly shown on the registration application and results in the erroneous placement of league, that player will be moved to the front of the waiting list for the proper league as it stands when the correct age is realized; another player will not be displaced.
REFUNDS: Any player withdrawn by parent or guardian will be eligible for a refund of the registration fee based on the following schedule:

Any refund requests must be made in writing by parent or guardian and must be mailed to BGRA, P.O. Box 7105,Buffalo Grove, IL. 60089, Attention: 2nd Vice President. The date of the withdrawal will be determined by the postmark on the letter for refund purposes.
