Season Ending Party!!!
Sadly our season will come to a close on Sunday (3/17). In celebration of what I hope everyone found to be an enjoyable and learning experience we will have a party at BGHS starting at 4:00 PM on this same day. We have planned physical activity for all that want to participate so please make sure to wear the proper clothing and shoes.
We will also use this opportunity to take team and group photos so please make sure that the girls wear their uniforms (White) and bring their shooting shirts and ball bags. We will collect all uniforms after the pictures so please make sure that the girls bring a change of clothes.
And last, we will have a smorgasbord of our sponsor food available for all to enjoy after the activities and photos so make sure to bring your appetite.

Tryouts
Tryouts for the 2012-2013 Buffalo Grove Girls Feeder Basketball Season are now posted on the calendar and will be held on the following dates and times:
1. Tryout # 1 (5th-8th Grades): Friday, November 2nd from 6:30-9:00 PM in the BGHS Fieldhouase. A $20.00 fee will be required for participation.
2. Tryout # 2/Offensive Skills Camp (5th-8th Grades): Saturday, November 3rd from 2:00-5:00 PM in the BGHS Gym and Fieldhouse. A $30.00 fee will be required for participation.

Meet The Program Night
Mark your calendars to attend the "Meet the Program Night" on Wednesday, October, 17th from 7:00-9:00 PM in the Buffalo Grove High School Theater. Much has changed within the girls basketball programs at BGHS since the last season and this will provide everyone with an opportunity to meet all of the new faces and learn why we are so excited about the future of the program.

Practice and Game Schedules
Finally, the practice and games schedules are near completion and posted on the calendar. I would, however, expect a few changes over the course of the season so please make sure to check the site often, especially on practice and game days, to confirm all events. All tourney schedules will be posted ASAP before the actual event but please keep in mind that these schedules are frequently released at the last minute.

Season/Parent Kick Off Meetings
Due to teacher/parent conferences schedule for Wednesday (11/7) at BGHS we will move the Season/Parent Kick Off Meeting from this day to between the first full practices of each the 5th and 6th grades and 7th and 8th grade teams. Please see the calendar for your respective grades meeting day and time. We request that at least (1) parent be represented at your respective meeting.
