BGFA Field Schedule for 2012
The BGFA Field Schedule is now available. Click on the "Handouts" link to view or print the PDF file. This schedule will be updated regularly as changes are made and games are added.
*MANAGERS* rescheduling or requesting changes to the BGFA Field Schedule, you must do all of the following:
**Contact our Head of Umpires Kelly McKinney via phone message, text or email (Phone: 708-743-1308, or Email: k_mckinney13@yahoo.com) detailing the rescheduled game date, time & field, and also detailing the new game date, time & field, if any.
*AND*
**Send an Email to softballbgfa@gmail.com providing the same information as above.
Following these steps will allow for timely and accurate changes to the schedule, umpires and concession stand rescheduling.

2012 Concession Scheduling is NOW OPEN!
The 2012 BGFA Concession Calendar is now open and accepting reservations, so take advantage and schedule your PPH today!
To do so, click on the Concession Calendar link to view all openings. Then, click on a date to view the number of shifts and workers needed each shift. If a date/shift is shown as available, you must send an email to softballbgfa@gmail.com with the following info:
-Your FULL NAME or the full name of worker (*All workers must be age 16 or older per Health Department restrictions*)
-The date, shift and time slot requested
-Your contact phone number
(*NO small children are allowed in the Concession, so plan accordingly*)
Refer to your PPH Pamphlet (found in your daughter's player packet and printable from the Handouts link) for details on all Concession & PPH rules, and other helpful information on achieving your 2012 PPH goals!

2012 Sponsors - Thank You !!!
A big THANK YOU to all our 2012 Sponsors. These sponsors help support the league by offering cash donations that go towards vital necessities such as player trophies and awards, opening and closing ceremony costs and other league expenses. Sponsors are critical to our league's survival, so we encourage families to bring in as many Sponsors as possible (and Sponsors count towards your family PPH requirements!) Donations equal $250.00 and are a tax-deduction for the Sponsor. You can download a Sponsor Form from our "Handouts" link.

PPH Refund Checks available weekly every Friday
As workers complete their PPH requirements (10 hours total with a minimum 3 of those hours worked in the Concession Stand) to earn their $80 refund, you must ensure all of the following information is provided:
-PPH form has correct player and/or family names if different;
-PPH form is correctly logged with the hours worked or duties you volunteered for;
-PPH form is signed off by a BGFA Board Member or the Concession Supervisor on Duty as you complete or conclude that duty;
-PPH form is submitted to the Concession PPH Drop Box inside the Concession Stand for timely processing.
All information provided by you is verified prior to cutting checks. Any discrepencies will be reviewed by BGFA Executive Board Members. All Board decisions are final.
Checks are available every Friday (depending on proper verification; allow up to one week to process.)
Need a PPH form? You can print one from the "Handouts" link to access the "2012 PPH Pamphlet" or simply stop by the Concession Stand and ask for one.

Player Costs for 2012 Season
COSTS FOR THE 2012 SEASON ARE:
$120 for 1st player
$100 for 2nd player
$90 for 3rd and each additional player
~Plus $50 Candy/Fundraising requirements per player.~
~Plus annual $80 Parent Participation Hours (PPH) requirement per family.~
(Families can earn back the $80 PPH during the season upon completion of PPH requirement. See our 2012 PPH handout for details.)

Board Meeting Agenda Requests
All BGFA board meetings are held every 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm sharp! (No board meeting in December.)
All Agenda requests must be received no later than 48 hours prior to that upcoming scheduled meeting.
Submit your agenda request in the form of an email to softballbgfa@gmail.com
