Chevy Fundraiser returns to BG East LL in 2009

Thanks to Campbell Chevrolet BG East LL will once again participate in the Chevy Raffle program to benefit youth sports. BG East will be one of a hand full of leagues throughout the south that will have achance to win a Chevy Traverse or Malibu.

2,000 ticket at $5 per ticket will be sold with 100% of the proceeds going to BG East LL.

Tickets will be distributed to players begininning April 22nd.

Dear BG East Little League Players / Parents:

 As one of 34 Little Leagues participating in the Chevy Vehicle Sweepstakes we are happy to provide you with 2,000 raffle tickets and a chance for someone from your league to win a 2009 Chevy Vehicle through the Chevy Sweepstakes courtesy of your sponsor Campbell Chevrolet! The Chevy Raffle Fundraiser is an opportunity for your league to raise up to $10,000 through May 31. 
  • Your league/park is to sell the raffle tickets for $5/ticket and keep 100% of proceeds.
  • Due to sweepstakes rules, no additional raffle tickets will be provided.
  • BG East LL will be responsible for collecting all sold and unsold raffle tickets and getting them to your league’s Chevy Youth Baseball dealer representative no later than June 30, 2009.
  • Drawing will be held on August 1, 2009.
  • Winners will be announced in August 2009.
 

Additional information about the Raffle will be available to the league very soon.
