Welcome to the 2012 Season of

BFYF Football and Cheer! 

Our on line registration program is STILL up and running!

Register before JUNE 1st and avoid the $50 (per participant) late Fee!!!

 Teams are filling up and will close at 35 participants 

Don't miss out ... sign up today!

NOTE:  If you are a first time participant please sign up online and bring your original birth certificate (and a copy) to the next BFYF Board Meeting on June 20th.  Meetings are held at Town Hall at 7:30pm


The registration fee for the 2012 season is $250 per participant for all Football and Cheer programs except Tiny Mite Football and Tiny Mite Cheer. 

The fee for 
Tiny Mite Football and Cheer is $195 per participant.
 

The Family Max for registration is $550.

A Late Fee of $50 per participant will be added to all registrations after June 1, 2012. 

Registration will close on

July 15, 2012

REQUIRED FORMS

The following forms are required in order to complete registration and be placed on a team.  All documents must be received by July 15, 2012.  Participants will not be permitted to begin practice if any form is missing.

1)  2012 Pop Warner Physical form - This is the only Medical form that will be accepted.  There are two pages: one page is to be filled out by the parent and the other must be filled out by your MD. 

2) Player Contract - must be filled out and signed by both the parent and the participant.

3) Two copies of the participant's FINAL report card from the 2011 - 2012 school year

Please make sure that you fill out the 2012 version of all forms.

Coach Bob Drysdale, Coach Rich Angarano and Coach Bryan Muller will present insights into how to be successful coaching youth football
