DIRECTIONS TO BEACON FALLS  FACILITY

  • Take Route 8 South to Exit 24 – Beacon Falls.  At the end of the ramp, bear right. You will be on Main Street (also known as “old Route 8”.)

  • Proceed through the traffic light and take your first right on to Depot Street.  Depot Street begins at the iron bridge that spans the Naugatuck River.

  • At the end of the bridge, bear right.  You are on Lopus Road.

  • Follow Lopus Road over the bridge that spans the railroad tracks.  Bear left at the end of the bridge and continue on Lopus Road.  (The road winds gently.)

  • Cross over the bridge that spans Route 8.  At the stop sign at the end of the bridge, turn left. You will see a sign at the intersection that reads “Recreation Complex.”

  • Take your first right on to Pent Road. (There will be another sign.)

  • Follow Pent Road.  CAUTION:  the road is narrow and has sharp curves.  The Recreation Complex is about 5 tenths of a mile down Pent Road on the right.

  • Turn right into the drive and park.

    • Take Route 8 North to Exit 23 – Beacon Falls.  At the end of the ramp, bear right. You will be on Main Street (also known as “old Route 8”.)
    • Proceed through the traffic light and take your first left on to Depot Street.  Depot Street begins at the iron bridge that spans the Naugatuck River. 
    • At the end of the bridge, bear right.  You are on Lopus Road.
