If it were not for Powerhouse Gym we would not have had a very successful "Restlin Run" in 2003. In 1980 Paul Carson and Jack Banks had a dream to open and operate the finest fitness facility in Connecticut. Today, nearly seven years after relocation into their new magnificently spacious and modern facility in Berlin CT, Paul and Jack are continually striving to bring you their dream.
