If you receive an error in Internet Explorer follow these instructions

1. Click on 'Tools' on the menu bar
2. Click on 'Internet Options'
3. Click on the 'security tab'
4. Click on the 'Custom Level '
5. Scroll down to the ActiveX section and locate the heading for 'download unsigned ActiveX controls'
6. Click on 'Prompt'
