Wiffle Ball Tournament this Saturday!  11/14

 Our first wiffle ball tournament is scheduled for Saturday and will be a ONE DAY EVENT.

Set up will be Friday evening 6pm, we could use some help.

 

We have few spots open

 

1 - 7/8/9 year old team

1 - 10/11/12 year old team

3 – 13/14/15 year old teams

3 – adult teams

 IF YOU WANT TO ENTER A TEAM YOU MUST EMAIL ASAP, first come first serve. berkeleyll@comcast.net 

TEAMS WILL NOT BE ENTERED SATURDAY MORNING!!!

 If you don’t have a full team of 4, email back & we will try to build a team.

SPRING 2010 REGISTRATION

Spring 2010 Baseball Registration

All children ages 5 to 18 years old, residents of Berkeley Township / Ocean Gate (Must be 5 by May 1, 2010) 

 Dates: all Registration at Volunteer Community Center at Moorage Baseball ComplexTurn off Route 9 at Dairy Queen, 2 blocks to complex 

Friday        February 5, 2010      7pm – 9pm

Saturday    February 6, 2010      9am  12pm

Costs: includes registration and fundraiser raffle.
$100 each T Ball 5-6

$140 each player(s) 7-12     

$180 each  player(s) 13-18 

DID YOU KNOW: BLL has the 3rd lowest registration fees in Ocean County?

  (FAMILY MAX: $360 registration)These are the ONLY initial out of pocket expense.You will receive a number of raffle tickets, equal to each dollar paid (excluding late fees if applicable), that may be sold to reimburse yourself the cost of registration. This gives everyone the opportunity to play for FREE!

  •  1. Photo copy of birth certificate (we can make copies)
  • 2. Utility bill as proof of residence
  • 3. A CHECK (or Credit Card) for $200, dated 8/1/10 for Work Bond Deposit*
  • 4.   A CHECK (or Credit Card) for $100, dated 5/1/10 for PCA Workshop Deposit*
  •  5. A BLANK check (or Credit Card) to be filled out at registration for reg. fees
  •  6. Your E-Mail Address(es)!   Do not forget or you will make a second trip! 

    A NOTE ABOUT DEPOSITS: Deposits are not cashed/charged at registration! In fact, we hope to NEVER cash or charge a deposit! It takes over 3500 man hours to run our league per season. It can only be accomplished with the volunteer help of our members. Unfortunately, experience has PROVEN, time & again, that only through the use of financial incentives do we get (barely) adequate help. EXTRA NOTE: PCA deposit only applies to new families & those families that did not attend the required class in 2008/9.
