Rule Changes 2009

The March 14 Big AL clinic is a mandatory clinic and requires participation by all Farm, Minor and Major teams. At least one coach/manager must attend from each team.

There are 2 Umpire Clinics available. Each team should have at least one representative from their team attend 1 clinic. The Dist 4 clinic is 2 hrs.day for 4 days. The Sect 1 clinic is 1 entire day and includes going onto a field.
