2012 Registration Information



Please note that Pop Warner registration states that each child must have the following to register for the 2012 Season:

* BC Knights Registration Form
* Football (Tackle) Registration Fee - Early bird rate $175, addl sibling $125 - regular rate $225
* Football Flag Registration Fee - $75 year-round
* Cheer Registration Fee - Early bird $100, addl sibling $75 - regular rare $125  
* Picture ID (2x2)
* Birth Certificate (original to show league certifier, copy for coach's book)
* 2012 Final Report Card
* 2012 Parent Consent Form & Player Contract
* 2012 Physical Exam Form (physical must be from 2012)
* Adult Code of Conduct
* Equipment / Uniform Release Form

BCK Scholars - Mentorship & Tutoring Program Kickoff Meeting

Please attend our Mentorship/Tuturoing program kickoff meeting on Sunday, April 15th @4pm, Panera Bread, 165 Rt. 4 West in Paramus.

If you have a teenager 16-19 who needs community service hours at high school or who is interested in tutoring or being a mentor, please ask them to attend this workshop!
