Bend South Little League Registration
is now open through March 3rd!!
You may pre-print your forms from this website from the "Handouts" tab or pick up packets from the Bend Fieldhouse after 2pm.
Registration is open to every boy and girl, ages 5 - 14 (must be age 5 by April 30, 2012).
Bend South Little league offers softball for girls.
Please attach copies of 2 pieces of I.D. that show your current address (preferably an Oregon driver's license and vehicle registration).
*NEW players will also need to bring a birth certificate!!*
Returning players from 2011 do not need to bring a birth certificate.
Please bring the Registration Form, Medical Release, and Code of Conduct.
