All Participants are required to furnish the following
to complete the Registration Process:
*Registration Fee: $125.00/$100.00 for Cub & Flag
*(Cash, Money Order or Cashier Checks ONLY) (We will not be excepting any personal checks again this year)
*(Copy) Birth Certificate
*(Copy) Whole June Report Card from the 2011 School Year (All Pages)
*Small Picture: School pictures work well
*2011 Physical
*Sign up early. Space will be limited this year. Must be paid in full by August 1st, 2011. All paperwork will also be due by August 1st, 2011. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*We will be providing practice Jerseys for the Football players and practice T-Shirts for the Cheerleaders again this year. Will only recieve if paid in full.
In addition, all male Football players will require a jock/cup and cleats/sneakers (Cleats are preferred) for personal safety. Cheerleaders will be advised of additional requirements by their individual coaches.
All Football players and cheerleaders MUST have a 2011 physical before practice starts on August 1st, 2011.
Volunteers are needed for the following: Coaches, Asst. Coaches, Team Parents, Game Announcers, Chain Workers, Medical Staff, Concessions, 50/50 Raffle, etc.
Sign up Dates: May 21st, 2011 and June 11th, 2011 and will be held from 11-2pm. Sign ups will also be held at our Hot Dog Day. Location for sign ups will be held at Mont Pleasant Field at the Concession Stand.
Hot Dog Day: Hot Dog Day will ne held on July 23, 2011 from 11-2pm and will be held at Mont Pleasant Field at the concession stand. Children and their parents are invited to come and meet their coaches, team mates and to enjoy some good food. Sign ups will also be done during that time. All paperwork is due this day. No child will be able to start practice without all of his or her paperwork.
First Day of Practice: Practice for all football and cheerleaders will start on August 1st, 2011. Practice begins at 5:30pm. There will be a mandatory meeting that day at the bleachers for both parents and children. After the meeting the children will break off into their teams with their coaches and proceed to practice at their normal spots.

If you would like them shared here on the website please send us permission and also write a little about the picture. We are also looking for any pictures of our president Mr. George Rose. Our secretary Kari Austin wants to make a slide show of all his years with us at Belmont. But she needs your help! If you have any pictures please email them to our email address below.
