24 Hours of Bellingham Basketball
You must be a part of it….. Bellingham ’ s own basketball marathon, “ Hawk around the Clock, ” needs you to join us for this monster event. Since we sent out our last notice about 2 weeks ago, everyone wants to be a part of our first 24-hour game and now its time for you to join in. When tight school budgets eliminated freshman sports, the Bellingham Youth Basketball Association (BYBA) brainstormed ideas to fill this financial gap and get the kids back on the court. The “ Hawk around the Clock ” theme was born and now we are off and running. Proceeds will not only get the freshmen back on the court but also will fund summer camp scholarships, will provide support for those who cannot afford to play the game and will benefit Celtic legend M.L. Carr ’ s Warm2Kids charity.
