Registration is now OPEN for the Fall Season.
The DEADLINE to register is Friday June 7th, 2013.
If you prefer to pay by cash or check you must register in person or by mail. Please download and mail the completed forms to: Belleville Bulldogs Soccer Club N8389 Cty X Belleville, WI 53508. Please be sure to include your registration fee. Download Registration Form & Waiver
2013 Registration Fees (per Season): $30 Friday Night Kindergarten Soccer, $50 U08-U14 Recreational Teams, $125 Classic Teams with a volunteer coach, $225 Classic Teams with a paid British Challenger Coach. Late Fee: A late fee of $15 applies to all registrations received after the registration deadline. All checks should be made out to "Belleville Bulldogs Soccer Club".Prior to your 1st practice you must give to your coach a signed Medical & Concussion Waiver. Download Medical Waiver

Please note: Requests for team placement may or may not be honored at the sole discretion of the Club. Many factors go into team formation. The primary concern is the creation of the best possible soccer environment, with fair and balanced teams, as well as teams with the appropriate numbers of players. Ages and genders may be combined as necessary to find room for all who wish to play, and to keep teams from being too large or too small. Requests are only honored if, in the Board’s opinion, they are consistent with these goals.
Refund Policy: If notice of cancellation and a request for refund is received by the Club Registrar within 60 days of registration and prior to the start of practices, then the registration fee will be refunded in full.
Financial Assistance: It is our mission to make organized soccer available to all. If you cannot afford the registration fee, uniform fees, or other related costs, please contact the Club President.

Challenger Sports Summer Camp 2013 in Belleville with Coach Barry

The summer is fast approaching and I (Coach Barry) will not be around for much longer for the Spring season before i head off to start summer camps. So if you want to sign up for possibly the best week of the Summer 2013!!!! Please come and sign up with me this Saturday morning (5/25/2013) and get your FREE Challenger jersey that all of the Professional Challenger Staff wear on camp, while stocks last. If your child's size is unavailable it can be shipped for free in due course.
I will be around after the U8 clinic (10:00am) for any questions and if anyone would like to sign up with me on the day and receive their free jersey they can.
