As an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, Stephanie developed a passion for skincare while treating children with critical skin ailments at The Childrens Hospital in Denver, Co. After seeing first hand how skin conditions affect children, she has decided to commit her career in treating skin conditions of all types and ages.

Stephanie develops individual skin care programs and home care regimens for her clients by using her experience in wound healing and with the latest techniques in Medical Aesthetics.

On a more personal note, Stephanie has been a volunteer and travels down to Honduras with the NPO "Mountain of Hope" in an effort to help several villages in obtaining the best health care possible. This commitment to healthcare/skin care has now lead Stephanie on a journey in writing a book for children on facial care. She hopes you all will enjoy the book very soon.

The LA Boxing Workout™ mirrors an actual boxing, kickboxing or mixed martial arts bout with five, three-minute rounds separated by one-minute active breaks. Using a heavy bag, gloves, jump rope, timer and music, the workouts build cardio endurance and muscle tone. The concept is unique in that it teaches proper punching and kicking form and basic fighting techniques while offering a full-body workout. Classes are taught in a group setting to boost participation and intensity, and they are scheduled at convenient times.
