A Letter from Frank Webster Great Grandson
To whom it may concern,
My name is Jordan Webster. My Great Grandfather was Frank Webster. I played little league baseball from T-ball all the way up until I started High school and continued to play in Florida. I stopped playing baseball to go to school to become a Firefighter for Polk County, Florida. I just wanted to say thank you for keeping his name and showing the respect that he deserves. I rarely get to visit Pennsylvania,
but everytime I do I try to make it by Bellefonte. Again, thank you for
everything and continuing the "Webster Tradition" of little league
baseball.

Your child's picture to be posted or used in alternate publications and promotions.
Dear Parents, Friends and Family:
During the season there are opportunities for your child’s picture to be taken. Bellefonte Little League reserves the right to use any image taken at the Webster Field complex. Or of any player participating in the Bellefonte Little League program, for use on our League website, or in alternate publications and promotions.
The League, in an effort to protect all the children participating in our program, will not use any child’s name with their picture.
Oftentimes, reporters and photographers from local newspapers attend League functions and games. Although the League works with them, the League is not responsible for photographs taken or information used by these papers.
Any Parents, Friends or Family of a Bellefonte Little League player may submit pictures to the Little League for posting on the website or use in promotional materials. Please feel free to e-mail the images to the league at bellefontelittleleague@yahoo.com, add the subject line little league pictures. Also contact us if you have any questions, concerns, or if you wish your child image not to be used.

1958 State Championship recap
Bellefonte pulled out an extra inning win in the semifinal round. Rod Mitchell was the hero for Bellefonte. His two-run double in the fifth broke a scoreless tie, and, after Mill Creek-Seneca forced extra innings by scoring two in the bottom of the sixth, Mitchell's three-run homer again broke the tie. Winning pitcher Gary Kellogg struck out 13 for Bellefonte.
In the state championship Bellefonte rallied for a pair of runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to edge Jessup Carbino in the state championship game. Jessup pitcher Hank Zeino took a perfect game into the sixth inning, and teammate Bob Cicci's homer had given Jessup a 1-0 lead. In the sixth, however, Bill Foresman and Charley Fletmake drew walks, and pinch hitter John Sodergren doubled down the rightfield line to tie the game. One out later, Rod Mitchell lofted a sacrifice fly to right field that plated Sodergren with the winning run.
