*The Belgrade Baseball Board invites and welcomes parent involvement?
As a matter of fact consistent, positive participation by parents is what makes a good league.  Board meetings are where decisions that affect the league and the players are made.  These meetings are held the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7 pm (8:00 p.m. during baseball season) at the High School cafeteria.   

*No one is paid to do the work?
It's true. And not only that, but most of the people who volunteer - coaches, concession stand workers, field groomers, player agents, equipment managers, board members, etc - are just as busy as you and are volunteering, in some cases, 10 hours or more per week!  Please remember this when your coach asks for volunteers - concessions organizer, field rakers, calendar coordinator, etc., and pitch in.
