Welcome to Bel Air Travel Baseball

Bel Air In-House Baseball has transitioned to a new site.  The website is www.belairrec-baseball.assn.la.   Sorry for any inconvenience.

Fall Baseball: Bel Air Travel Baseball Teams will typically participate in Fall Baseball leagues in order to prepare for the coming Spring season. There are usually a few open roster spots to fill on each team. Please contact the appropriate age group coach listed below in order to find out more information about the team's plans on Fallball participation and to secure a tryout.

8U Fall Baseball: If your 6 or 7 year old son/daughter is a talented player you may be looking for an opportunity for them to play at a higher level. Players from our Fall 8U team have typically moved on to become the core of our 8U travel team in the following Spring season. If they play other sports we can usually work around that as we realize baseball is a secondary sport in the Fall. We will focus on fundamentals and you may be surprised at how fast their skills will develop. If you would like more info about a tryout for the Fall 8U team please contact the Travel Coordinator, Jeff Webster, at the email address listed below.

2014 Season Highlights:

11U Braves-Langbein- The team had a competitive, fun and very exciting season(several games determined in the bottom of last inning or in extra innings.) We played in 58 games and 6 tournaments with no baseball related injuries. The team came in First place(17-1) in the Harford County Travel Baseball League and went 3-1 in the Ripken State Tournament to advance to a final round of 6 teams. Also, our team parents set up several team party/outings (including a top notch on field BBQ) to keep the fun going off the field for players as well. "Little League Baseball is a very good thing because it keeps the parents off the streets" Yogi Berra.

9U Braves-Harrison-  "Walk the Plank" tournament Silver Division Champions. More info can be found on their team site.

8U Braves-Wheeler-     Finished the regular HCTB travel season with an 11-3 record. HCTB end of season Tournament Champs(holding their opponent hitless in the Championship game.)  They were runner up in a field of 16 teams at the 2014 Upper Cheasapeake Baseball Festival Summer Classic.
