Rec Council Wx Guidelines

All Coaches must fill out the Volunteer form and forward to the address as indicated.  All referees and field liners must fill out the Independent Contractor Form and forward to the address as indicated in order to get paid.

In the event a player, spectator, or Official is injured while you are on a Bel Air Rec field or function, please immediately notify Program Chairman Kathy Brock and then fill out this form and mail to the Chairman as well.
