Derek joined Beith as a player in January 2007 and played his part in helping get Beith promoted.
Unfortunately Derek then had to retire from the game due to injury but thankfully Derek stayed at the club and joined the coaching staff and put his military fitness coach skills to good use. A much valued member of the coaching team.
