Beith Are Ready To Do Battle

West Juniors

BEITH BOSS Frank Lynch breathed a huge sigh of relief after watching his side get back on track with a 3-2 win over Neilston.

Lynch had concerns going into the match after a slip in form but now believes his players can fulfil their target of a top-four Super League finish.

He said: "I thought at times we were in control but yet again we allowed the opposition back into the match and were lucky to hang on at the end.

"Our realistic target is to finish in the top four and I believe if the players start realising their potential it's achievable."

Martin McGervey and an Andy Reid double had Beith coasting before new signing Paul McDougall scored twice to give Neilston hope but Beith held on.
