Largs Colts v Beith Juniors 99s Team A : Sat 31st Oct
A depleted Under 11s made the trip to Largs on a fine Halloween morning to take on the young Largs team, hoping to avoid a nightmare performance. The match started brightly and the boys in black and white scored quickly with Zak McNee, Jordon Hood and Baillie Wilson combining to fire home. In the second half, Jas McNee in goal and Innes Tulloch playing the sweeper role were performing heroics to counter the Largs’ attacks. Rhys Lindsay making his Beith debut slotted into the team well. Connor McGirr capped a terrific defensive performance hitting the net with 2 long range shots and the scoring was wrapped up when Aiden Anderson picked up the ball in his own half before drifting past a few challenges before unleashing a shot into the bottom corner.
Thanks to the Largs players and coaches for contributing to a great game of football.

08/09/07 - Beith 11's are showing signs of improvement considering its only their 2nd game together ever. They went down 7-2 to a very experienced Castlepark side.At least they can score goals against any opposition. This side is one of the better teams in the league.
22/09/07 - The newly formed Under 11's chalked up their first win 5 - 1 against Largs Colts. The team played well in an evenly balanced match. It was a great team effort from the goalkeeper right through to the strikers.
