Our next Game will be against Pollok in the ETHX Energy Scottish Junior Cup Final, to be played at Rugby Park Kilmarnock on Sunday 29th May with a 4.05pm Kick Off.

The ETHX Energy Scottish Junior Cup Final is a high profile day for everyone involved and it is important that everything goes well, the success of the cup final can determine the media response to Beith as a community, to Beith Juniors FC and to Junior Football in general.  This is an opportunity to demonstrate the qualities of our town, community and our Football club.

The events from after the final whistle after a recent televised cup final clearly demonstrate the need for collective and individual discipline to ensure the enjoyment and safety of all present.  Encroachment on to the pitch is not legal and will present a delay or possibly the cancellation of cup and medal presentation therefore denying many of the delight at seeing their team presented with the cup and celebrating with their fans in the stands, it would also mean the live television scheduling not being able to show the presentation and denying thousands of viewers the opportunity to see the presentations and celebrations.

In order that we comply with our responsibilities we ask that the following detailed guidelines be respected which will hopefully help the smooth running of the Cup Final day.

1:- The need to arrive early is paramount to ensure smooth entry for all in time for the opening       presentations and Kick Off at 4.05pm.
2:- Rugby Park is a desginated ground - therefore compliance with local Bye-Laws is important.
No Drinking in the street- No Drinking in the ground- No smoking in the ground and No alchol on Buses(Police will carry out search of all coaches)
3:- Banners must be fire retardant.
4:- Anyone letting off flares or smoke bombs will be arrested & prosecuted.
5:- Bottles & cans of water or juice are not allowed in the stadium.
6:- No flags with heavy wooden sticks
7:- Turnstiles open at 3.05pm
8:- The Beith support will be accommodated in the East stand and Pollok are in the Main stand.
9:- Prices for the game are £10 adults and £5 for Children & senior citizens.
10:- FULL TIME REQUIREMENTS.
IT IS CRITICAL THAT TEAMS STAY ON THE PARK NEAR TO THE PRESENTATION AND SUPPORTERS REMAIN IN THE STANDS.   TEAMS MUST NOT GO TO THEIR SUPPORTERS AT THIS TIME

   MEDAL  /  CUP PRESENTATION
Referees first, then runners up followed by winners and finally winning team captain is presented with the cup

The above guidelines are necessary to facilitate an enjoyable day for all and help to ensure that the official duties and ceremonies are conducted in the requried times to ensure continued television coverage.

Finally I would remind you all that the club are responsible for the conduct of their supporters.
