We are very lucky to have lot's of talented players at the club, this article is just a fraction of our talent but still represents some of the most exciting,skilful,enthusiastic and downright cheeky footballers that we have. Of course you might be thinking that a player that you rate isn't there so feel free to discuss it on the messageboard! Either way the players mentioned are definitely a bit special...

U10 Gemma Moore (Midfield)

Gemma has had to wait some time to play and even now she plays a year up. But such is our faith in her that she is playing in the middle of midfield. She is still learning obviously, but is quick, athletic, she's  a fast learner and listens. Gemma could be a really stunning player. If she keeps applying herself well, she will fulfil this potential.

U11 Tegan Carroll (Midfield)

When your surname is Carroll that's one heck of a start. With her Aunty Louise running the Ladies reserves, and her Cousins in the Ladies (Zara) and U14 (Niamh) and her other cousin Shannon in the U16, it's not a bad start. Suffice to say Tegan is a joy to watch. She's skilful, tricky and confident and loves to run with the ball. Tegan has scored a ton of goals, and will score tons more. She's been outstanding and there's every indication that young Tegan is a star of the future.

U12 Cyeanne Eaton (Midfield)

Cyeanne signed for the club from AFC Kempston two years ago and is set for a stellar career. She is fast skilful and is quick to learn, she's coming into a hugely talented side yet still has amazed coaches with how good she is and can be. Cyeanne is frighteningly talented. If you have 10 minutes spare this season, watch her!
 
U13 Kiah Powell (Striker)

Kiah has made the centre forwards spot her own and is perhaps the quickest player in the league, she scored over 30 goals in just 5 months after moving up front, Kiah can be a future Ladies first teamer, make no mistake. A lovely girl with a great attitude.. She won the Golden Boot in her first full season up front and has the pace and power to go all the way.

U14 Paige Hartley(Striker/Midfield)

Has played as a centre forward  for 3 seasons and has scored plenty of goals.This in fact is somewhat of an understatement as she hit over 70  in her first season as a striker and is in the top 5 of all time scorers. Paige is special and is again banging in lots of goals, now at 11-a-side. There's little she can't achieve, and still has a rocket of a shot. Paige now splits time between the midfield and up front but still has the weapons to be a top player.

U16 Shelbee Clarke (Striker)

One of the best of a currently outstanding bunch. Shelbee has pace, intelligence, and skill. She can finish from anywhere and her set pieces are outstanding. Partnered with the brilliant Sophie Smith they have provided a real one-two punch this season. Shelbee's biggest strength though, is the fact she will work incredibly hard, something every player needs to have. A real cracker.


Ladies Tasha Fensome (Midfield) 

Perhaps the most skilful player to ever play for the club. Tasha has been and continues to be the heart and soul of any sides she plays in. She was the Eastern Regional Premier Leagues player of the year in 2009 and despite many jealous eyes turning towards her, she remains committed to Bedford and to the Ladies progressing to the third level. An amazing left foot, she can run a game from start to finish, and frequently does. Like Shelbee she is so hard working, and unlike many players with half of her ability, she has no ego whatsoever. Bedford through and through.
