The Ladies were so unlucky today, truly deserving more than they got, hitting a post, having one cleared off the line,missing an open goal, and not getting what the girls thought was the most nailed on penalty of the season, or any other for that matter. We missed Marsha up top and her pace, but the 13 that travelled gave me everything they had, it's now Cup games for two weeks, the girls just deserve some luck. |

The Ladies bounced back from last week's defeat despite having even less players, without 5 regulars, and 4 of last years top goalscorers, the Captain and Vice Captain Bedford fought with everything they had and all 12 available players to a 0-0 draw. We basically finished the last 10 minutes with 10 players after Vicky Vickery was injured. Hopefully this is the sign of more to come, if we get some of our match winners back on the pitch and can match this effort then we might just surprise one or two people. |

Awards Evening..
I would like to thank everyone involved in making the awards evening yet again a superb event. In particular the coaches with their inspiring and heart warming comments on their respective team players. The evenings entertainment and overall organisation was fantastic, only mildly spoit by the lack of respect from certain groups insisting on chatting throughout the speeches. But apart from that it was a Great night out.
Look forward to training and future fixtures.
