Hi,
The Suffolk Selects Bantam Team (we play out of the Rinx in Hauppague, NY) is looking to fill in 2 travel dates. We are a 98 team competing on the Tier 2 level this season (AA by long island standards, A by hudson valley and ct standards) We are playing quite a few of the same teams this year. I saw on your Bantam A Tournament Bound website that they have Nov 17th and Feb 9th as open home dates with no opponents as of yet. If you would be interested in hosting us we would love to come to you. Unfortunately, I am out of home ice at this point to offer reciprocation. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are interested or even if you are not.
Thank you,
Beth Allen

Hi,
I am the team manager of the Pal Bantam A team. Our team consists of mainly 98's with exception of 2 97's. I am looking for new teams to play in exhibition games for the 2011-2012 season. We are looking to travel to you for the game but at this time, I am not sure if I can offer a reciprocation game at our rink. I am still waiting for our scheduler to tell us how man, if any, exhibition home slots we will be given. If you feel your team is compatible and would like to play us, please contact me at your earliest convience.

Sardarji is selected to play for the Indian cricket team as an opening batsman. He opens the batting against West Indies. He is asked to face the very first over (with one Sunil Gavaskar as the non-striker!) from Marshall who is bowling at his fiercest…
First ball : Whizzes past Sardarji’s off-stump. Sardarji doesn’t move an inch. Ball goes to wicket-keeper. Second ball : Goes right over the Sardarji’s bat and just over the middle stump, somehow missing both the bat and the stumps. Sardarji is again unmoved.
Third ball : Is a bouncer. Almost decapitates the Sardarji, missing his head by a fraction of an inch. Ball goes to wicket-keeper. Sardarji doesn’t move a muscle.
Fourth ball : Outside the leg-stump. Sardarji again doesn’t move, and the ball shoots past him to the wicket-keeper. But this time, the umpire shouts “No Ball!”
Sardarji walks up to the umpire and tells him, “So you discovered it now!You see, I know from the very beginning that the guy has no ball in his hand!”

Master Coach
Hello from down South...
As a former Bear Mountain hockey coach and by the way this is where I started coaching hockey I just wanted see how BM hockey was doing. I see that it is still doing fine and still is growing. After coaching with BM, I was a head coach with the Hudson Valley Hockey Association for over 8 seasons.
Now I am living in the Atlanta, GA area and coaching with the Georgia Student Hockey League. So keep up the great work...
