Juniors Winter 2010 – 2011 TrainingProgram
The Beadling Soccer Club willonce again be offering technical training to all players from the ages of 6 –10 years old for boys and girls that wish to develop their ball handlingskills. These groups will be split by gender, age and ability. If you have a group that would like totrain together please let us know and we can accommodate that as well. If youare interested in participating in this program please feel out the “IndoorRegistration Form”. We lookforward to working with you and your young player.
Philosophy: The Beadling Soccer Club isone of the oldest soccer clubs in the United States and is the most successfulsoccer club in the PA West State Soccer Association. Our Junior’s program isdifferent than other clubs in the area, in the fact that we believe in moretraining than playing of games at these age groups. This philosophy isthe same as the U.S. National Coaching Staff for players in these agegroups. We also want to work with local Sunday travel teams notagainst them; instead, this is an avenue for township players to be introducedto skill development at the next level. We do not believe that players in theseage groups should have to try-out, instead be offered the opportunity toreceive training at this level along with a few competitions encouraging theplayer to be creative, to make mistakes with the ball without fear. This is howyoung players become confident with the ball and develop their skills.
OUTLINE
- Monday Nights: Girls 5:00 – 6:30 PM / Boys 6:30 – 8:00 PM
- Location: South Pointe Field House 104 Cecil Henderson Road Canonsburg, PA
- Dates: Dec. 20th and 27th, Jan. 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st, Feb. 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th, March 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th.
- What to Bring: Shin guards, a size 4 soccer call with air, soccer shoes; (you can wear cleats) and a water bottle.
- Cost: $200 and covers trainers, floor rental and t-shirt
