GAME COMMENTARY
May 4, 2005
Angels 9 vs Athletics 10
A good offensive and defensive struggle, that was back and forth. There were two offensive explosion, one in the first inning. The Athletics racked up seven runs and in the third inning from the Angels, with a 9 run inning. Follow by a defensive stand by the Athletics in the
fourth, fifth and sixth innings. In those innings the Athletics put one run per inning to recapture the and to finish the game on a dramatic note. When Zachary Schmidt made a diving catch from his shortstop position to end the game.((Good Game Angels!)

Athletics 3 vs Blue Jays 1
A very good defensive struggle, game could have gone either. Both teams where able to make stops when need, leaving the other team with people on base. But in the fourth inning, 6 year old Peyton Pruitt hit a single in one run and a second score on an era at fist base for the Blue Jays. To give the led to the Athletics. The fourth and fifth innings continued to be
a defensive struggle, ending in a 3 to 1 victory for the Athletics.(Great Game Blue Jays!)
May 13, 2005
Athletics 3 vs Mariners 1
Yet another defensive struggle. Highlighted by alot of close throw outs at first and second base by both teams. But a big 2RBI, triple in the first inning by seven year old Cole Searles. Giving the Athletics 3 to 1 led, which they held on to for the victory. (Good Game Mariners)
May 17, 2005
Blue Jays 12 vs Athletics 1
An offensive onslaught and a steel curtain defense to give the Blue Jays this one sided victory. The Athletics had no answers for the offensive attach and where unable to get through their defense. (Outstanding play Blue Jays!)
