Spalding (with Russell) joined BAWS as a sponsor in 2010, which is a very exciting development for BAWS. Spalding and Russell are some of the most recognizable brand names in athletic equipment, apparel, etc. The game balls and showcase balls used at BAWS are donated by Spalding and they will also participate as a jersey sponsor for the 3rd time. All the jersey's worn in BAWS are Russell brand. Introducing the World's Smallest Radar Gun Pocket Radars design and technology is ushering in a new era in speed radar as its small size, light weight and extremely accurate speed measurements transform the way in which players, coaches, fans and everyday consumers experience the action. Pocket Radar is joining BAWS in 2012 and will sponsor the Most Outstanding Pitcher Award at BAWS 2012. Additionally, Pocket Radar will be utilized in the event and will be available on a trial basis to parents or high school coaches who want to give the device a try. BAWS will be part of the affiliate program of Pocket Radar and will have the device available for sale at BAWS 2012. On Tuesday, May 18th, we at Prospect Wire removed our old website from the Prospectwire.com domain, and replaced it with a temporary version of our new site. We felt it was important to do this "pre-release" so that you can read our updated content from some of our newest staff members - such as Anup Sinha and hopefully in the future, BAWS owner/founder Blaine Clemmens. Anup is a veteran MLB Scout and former writer and scout for Team One and Perfect Game.
