David Essig- Beatty BBHS Class of 1976

DELINQUENCY LESSONS-a novel of Bound Brook
Remember your adolescence in Bound Brook- Read “Delinquency Lessons” a fictional novel of a young boy growing up in old Bound Brook. Reminisce about places you knew and experienced while coming of age in Bound Brook. Who knows, you might even associate with some of the characters in this novel. Written by David Essig-Beatty, BBHS Class of ’76, Delinquency Lessons is available online at: lulu.com. It is now also available in updated paperback style.

Also, look for Dave’s latest novel Enzo Januzzi Scores a Double-Header, a story about a college girls’ softball team and the coach you never wanted to play for. Many of the plays in the book are drawn from actual baseball plays that Dave participated in as an All State shortstop for BBHS, from the Bound Brook Little League experiences, and observations as batboy for his older brother’s Senior League team. The chapters of the novel can be reviewed at: http://double-header.blogspot.com/.
