Free "Rookie" Winter Softball Clinics
For the second year the Bayside Breeze is offering a no cost 6 week instructional clinic. The clinic is open to any girl 10 years of age or younger as of December 31, 2007. There will be a focus on the basic skills of softball such as throwing, swinging mechanics and hitting. There will be special guest instructors such as the Chesapeake College Softball team, the 2007 16U MD State Champions Severna Park Green Hornets travel softball team, baseball & softball instructor Brian Femi, and the 2007 12U MD State Champions Lake Shore Lightning travel softball team among others. The clinic will be held 10:00am on Saturdays starting January 19 and running thru February 23, 2008 at the Bayside Breeze indoor practice facility in Trappe, MD.
