DONATIONS NEEDED:  The Bay Area Blitz are headed to play in the USFA World Series on July 7-14 in Panama Beach City, Florida.  The girls have been working extremely hard to get the opportunity to play in this tournament and we would like to ask for your help to get us there.  Please take a moment to look at the World Series tab on the bottom of the tab section to the left of this page and make a donation to help us make life long memories for our girls.  On behalf of the 11 players, coaches, and parents, thank you in advance for your generous donation.  With your help our girls will have memories that one day they will share with their own children.  Thank You!!

BLITZ TAKE THE SHOW ON THE ROAD TO BASEBALL USA

The Bay Area Blitz will be taking their show on the road to play in the Havoc Spring Tournament at Baseball USA in Houston TX.  Please come out and enjoy a weekend of highly competitive softball at a great facility and help us cheer the Blitz to another victory! This will be the last tournament before the Texas State Tournament.

**BLITZ TAKE 2ND AT 1ST ANNUAL STARS N STRIKES TOURNAMENT IN MISSOURI CITY**

The Bay Area Blitz played well and took 2nd place at the annual Stars N Strikes Tournament in Missouri City, TX.  Great games were turned in by all.  The team made it to the championship game undefeated with a great defence that only allowed 2 runs prior to the championship game. The Bay Area Blitz would like to thank Lexi who came out and contributed to the teams success over the weekend.  We are looking forward to our continued success as we get closer to the World Series in Florida.  Congratulations to all the girls and their families!

**BAY AREA BLITZ ADD NEW PLAYER TO ROSTER!**

The Bay Area Blitz would like to announce the addition of Delaney to the Blitz roster.  Delaney comes to the Blitz with tournament experience having played with the Texas Shockwave and the Pasadena Angels.  Delaney has proven to fit perfectly within the Blitz culture and we look forward to the contributions she will without doubt make towards our teams future success.  Please join the Blitz family in welcoming **Delaney** 

 **BLITZ TAKE 3rd AT DEER PARK TPS-99 SPRING BLOWOUT TOURNAMENT** 

The Bay Area Blitz played well and took 3rd place at the Deer Park TPS Tournament on April Fools.  Great games were turned in by all.  The Bay Area Blitz would like to thank Emily & Lexi who came out and contributed to the teams success over the weekend.  We are looking forward to our continued success as we get closer to the World Series in Florida.  Congratulations to all the girls and their families!

**BLITZ DOMINATE & WIN THE DEEPWATER SELECT TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONSHIP!**

The Bay Area Blitz win a Championship in Deepwater on February 8th with a victory over the Barbours Hill Eclipse 4-1.  JuJu gave a dominating effort on the rubber and the Blitz defence held the Eclipse for 3 innings.  Great games were put in by Lolo, Ally, Ana, GiGi, Megan, Dazz, Layla, Aly K, Christiana, and Chloe.  Congratulations to all the Blitz girls and their families on their success!!!

 **Blitz Remain Undefeated in Deepwater**

The Bay Area Blitz have remained undefeated going into the final week of play.  The girls have played extremely well on both sides of the ball and have displayed determination in getting better each time they step on the field.  Blitz have had wins against: The Smash 02, Texas Smash 01, The Eclipse, Pasadena Angels, Houston Dream, and The Phantomz. Congratulations and keep up the good work!

**BLITZ TAKE 3rd PLACE AT BACK TO SCHOOL BASH IN SPLENDORA, TX**.

The Bay Area Blitz played well at the tournament in Splendora, TX.  The Blitz had wins during the tournament over the, GT Shockers, Texas Smash and 2 wins over the Pasadena Angels.  The Blitz showed progress on both offence and defence and had key contributions throughout the tournament from:

Ally, Megan, Nicole, Salem, Jazmine, Chloe, Bailey, Christiana, and LoLo. 

Congratulations to the Blitz and we look forward to our continued progress!
