Registration Prices:

A Division (TBall: 4 yr old and rookie 5 yr old): $125 + *$75. *fundraising fee for 1 book of raffle tickets.

AA Division (Jr. Mach Pitch: 5 yr old and 6 yr old): $150 + *$75.

AAA Division (Sr. Mach Pitch: 7 yr old and 8 yr old): $150 + *$75.

Minors (9 yr old through 11 yr old): $150 + *$75.

Majors (12 yr old): $150 + *$75.

*Registration Question of the Day:*

?Why is registration more expensive than last Spring?

Answer: Overall registration costs only increased by $25.00 this year from last year.  What is different is that we are collecting for the raffle money up front.  That means when you sell your tickets - you will keep the money received.  If you need to make financial arrangements for registration payment please see Chris Martin during walk-up registration.

?I would like to be a coach or a team manager - what is the difference and how do I become one?

Answer:  The difference is that a coach assists with running practices, teaching baseball fundamentals and game strategy, and running games.  A (general) manager is responsible for the overall management of the team, provides direction and guidance to the team coaches, determining schedules, rosters, player positions, and team strategy.  To become one, let us know!

Umpire Clinics

  • Location: Bellaire Aquatics Center
  • Anyone interested in becoming an Umpire at BPLL should attend this clinic.  This clinic is for beginner umpires.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Bayland Park Little League Boosters - join us as a booster and help organize special events, opening ceremonies and fundraising opportunities.

Field Maintenance - help us keep our fields the best in Houston!  We are always in need of volunteers to help us keep our grass mowed, weeds removed, facilities in good repair and our sprinklers in efficient working order.

Legacy Coaching - Bayland Park Little League strives to create and maintain a positive playing environment where our children are taught sportsmanship, professionalism and the great game of baseball.  We are always looking for volunteers in our community who wish to be part of our coaching environment whether or not you have children actively playing in our league.  Intrested applicants should submit a brief letter explaining your baseball experience and why you wish to be part of our legacy coaching division.

Capital Campaign

Over the next 3 years we are planning in making some significant improvments to our three baseball fields.  These improvements will help us keep youth baseball active and successful in Southwest Houston.

Phase I (2012): This phase will involve the replacement of the backstop, dugouts and outfield fences and the releveling of Reese Field (M1.)  Total estimated cost to be near $30,000.00.

Phase II (2013): This phase will involve the replacement of the backstop and the outfield fences of Mooneyham field (B1.)  Total estimated cost to be near $15,000.00.

Phase III (2014): This phase will involve the replacement of the backstop and outfield fences of Malek field (B2.)  Total estimated cost to be near $15,000.00.
