2013 Baugo Little League Registration Costs

 The prices below include a $30 fundraising fee. You will recieve 5 Nelsons Chicken Tickets valued @ $6 each at the time of registration. These tickets are yours to keep or resell. 

 Baugo Little League firmly believes in keeping our fees at the lowest rate possible. 

Jan 1 through Jan 31 2013

$90.00 1st player / $60.00 2nd & 3rd players / $30 for any additional players*

*Fees includes $30 Fundraiser 

February 1st through February 28th 2013 (Extended thru March 3rd)

$100.00 1st player/ $70.00 2nd & 3rd. $30 for any additional players.

*Fees includes $30 Fundraiser

After March 3rd

An additional $20.00 late fee for enrollment will be required.

Acceptable Residency Documents 

 ***ALL SIGN UPS REQUIRE BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND 3 CURRENT PROOFS OF RESIDENCY***

Residence shall be established and supported by documents from THREE OR MORE of the following categories to determine residency of such parent(s) or guardian.............

1. Driver’s License
2. Voter’s Registration
3. School records
4. Welfare/child care records
5. Federal records
6. State records
7. Local (municipal) records
8. Support payment records
9. Homeowner or tenant records
10. Utility bills (i.e., gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal)
11. Financial (loan, credit, investments, etc.) records
12. Insurance documents
13. Medical records
14. Military records
15. Internet, cable or satellite records
16. Vehicle records
17. Employment records

Note: Example – Three utility bills (three items from No. 10 above) constitute only ONE document.

MUST BE DATED BETWEEN FEBRUARY 1, 2012 - FEBRUARY 1, 2013
