Registration info:
Please make sure your game experience form (can be found on our website at www.eteams.com/bataviareferees) is filled out and signed. The following games are what you put on it:
-Any outdoor League game assigned (GYSL, RDYSL, RDSL)
-Any outdoor tournament you did (these games count 3-for-1) which is NYSWYSA approved (such as Batavia, Brockport, Greece, Empire Cup, etc..)
-Any State Cup game assigned by myself.
2) With that form in front of you, go to www.ussoccer.info
3) You will see the main login screen/ Your login number is the letter R followed by your 16-digit USSF ID number. You should have this (if not, let me know and i will send it to you). Your password/user ID # are on top of the letter you recieved from National. You can also click the "forgot password" link and retrieve it there too, but in order to do so you must fill in your USSF User ID.
4) Once you login, at the next screen click the tab at the top left that says "Referee".
5) On the next screen, scroll down, and click the 2009 Referee Registration Info link.
6) Once you have done that, your registration information will appear. Check to make sure your biographical information is correct. Make sure you have the correct grade marked. Answer the question about convicitions. If you need to make a change, click the tab shown just below the info and a pop-up window will appear allowing to to change it.
Everything is on this page for you, scroll down and make sure all your information is correct and checked properly.
7) Your 2009 Registration fee is included here. This includes your fee and your state fee. It will give you your total amount.
8) Verify all info. Submit payment by using your debit/credit card. NOTE: The CSC is the 3-digit number which appears last on the signature strip on the credit/debit card and MUST be filled in.
9) You will now see your receipt. You will also get one via e-mail to the e-mail address you provided. YOU MUST PRINT THIS OUT AND BRING TO THE NOVEMBER MEETING.
--Now, here is what you must bring to the November meeting:
1) Copy of receipt from your registration
2) CHECK for $10 made out to Batavia Soccer Referees Unit (for dues)
3) Your game experience form (complete with all your games).
There is no other way to register now, it must be this way. You can begin to register at any time. Anyone not registered by our November 13 meeting is considered late (See grievance pamphlet for instructions).
Questions - let Chris know. Please do not forward your confirmation e-mail to him, unless he requests it. You are required to bring it to the meeting. Testing will still be done at the meeting. Those that took the fitness test, Chris has your paperwork.
