Indiana HS Boys Basketball
|
Looking for some opinions on boys HS basketball state tournament in Indiana. Since the change to class basketball, is better? Worse? The same?
I do not like the change. Attendance and media coverage is down. Several of the largest HS gyms in the state sit unused every year. Money taken in is down. And it seems that interest in regular season play is starting to wain also. How can this be better than the old format. One class, one champion. The small schools have gotton their way and it has almost destroyed "Hoosier Hysteria."

The tournament is 100 times worse. The excitement is gone. Who cares who won the 1A or 2A championship.
