The Sad Truth MITT Update (4:30 pm Saturday)
All games scheduled for the MITT have been cancelled. The sun and wind were not around enough on Saturday to help dry the fields, and there is an 80% chance of more rain Saturday night. Therefore, the MITT has been CANCELLED.
Obviously, we will be sending out refund checks. All teams except the 8 who played Friday night will receive all but $50 of their registration fee back. The four 14u teams who played Friday will receive $300, and the four U11 teams who played Friday will receive $264.65. Our apologies-but we could not control the weather. Best of luck in the 2009 season to all teams who registered for the MITT.

Directions to M.I.T.T. (Underhill Park)
140 Old Egg Harbor Road, Mays Landing, NJ 08330
From AC Expressway-Take Exit 17 ramp (immediately after toll). Bear right at ramp onto Route 50S. Proceed approx 2.9 miles and got through 2 lights (Rt 322). Right after 2nd light, go .1 mile and turn left onto Old Egg Harbor Road. Proceed 1.4 miles and fields are on both sides of street.
From 322. Proceed down 322 into Hamilton Township. You are looking for the off ramp for Route 50 [5.8 miles past Gene's Farm Market and 4.5 miles past double lights at Weymouth Road] At light at off ramp onto Route 50-turn right. Go .1 mile and turn left onto Old Egg Harbor Road. Proceed 1.4 miles and fields are on both sides of street.
Directions to M.I.T.T. (Cologne Avenue Field)
2870 Cologne Avenue, Mays Landing, NJ 08330
From AC Expressway-Take Exit 17 ramp (immediately after toll). Bear right at ramp onto Route 50S. Go .3 mile and turn left onto Laurel St. Go .6 mile and turn left onto Cleveland Avenue. Go .3 mile and turn right onto holly St. Go 2.3 miles to a stop sign and then turn left onto Cologne Avenue. Pass over the ACE and you will see the Cologne Firehouse. Take dirt road just beyond firehouse to field in back.
From 322-Proceed down 322 into Hamilton Township. You are looking for the turn off for Cologne Avenue [Approx 7 miles past Gene's Farm Market and 6 miles past double lights at Weymouth Road] [You will see it approx 1 mile past ACCC turn off and .75 miles past Oakcrest High School turn off] You take right hand turn-off to turn left onto Cologne Avenue. Proceed across 322 and drive apporx. 2.1 miles to Cologne Firehouse on right. Take dirt road just beyond firehouse to field in back.
