12 YEAR OLD INNINGS PITCHED RULE
One pitch delivered by a pitcher constitutes one inning pitched per Regulation VI. The cummulation of innings pitched for purposes of determining the 12 inning maximum for all 12 year olds is done by adding up the Regulation VI innings. Therefore, you could have 3 innings charged against your maximum 12 if 3 12 year olds pitched to one batter each in only 1 actual inning.

In other words; Pitcher A pitches to one batter, Pitcher B pitches to the next batter and Pitcher C pitches to the next. The result is; each pitcher has 1 inning charged against his 6 inning per week allowance and the team has 3 innings charged to the maximum of 12 in a week for 12 year olds, even though only 1 inning was played.
