Is this driving anyone else CRAZY? These batters step out on EVERY pitch to re-strap their batting gloves [Jeter] spit on their batting gloves [Howard] or pose for the cameras? I am really starting to like Swisher since he seems like the only batter that stays up their ready to hit.
I love the ump last night that would not give Posada his time request and then rang him up!

The pitcher had already started his delivery when Posada asked for tiime.
Sorry, BY RULE, it's too late to ask for time at that point.
Call the pitch depending on its location (strike).
